Our Vision
A voice for every citizen.
“A world where every community is governed with integrity, accountability, transparency and fairness, and where every citizen, including diaspora and ethnic minority communities, has a real voice in how they are governed.”
Our Mission
Galvanise. Educate. Organise.
“To galvanise, educate and organise people to support good governance at every level, by promoting accountable leadership, preparing credible people to serve, and holding power to account through lawful, peaceful and evidence-based action.”
Our Values
Eight principles we will not compromise.

We do what is right, even when no one is watching.

Every community deserves a seat at the table.
Fair Representation
Leaders who reflect and listen to the people they serve.
